I am asking here because obtaining simple answers to simple questions from BT’s “Help” site is virtually impossible. One obstrution and deflection after another! We can’t expect clear communications from a Tele-Communications company, now can we?.

Problems receiving messages from the Committee on my model-engineering club’s e-post round-robin. I may have accidentally blocked the sender’s legal domain when blocking an illegal sender using the same domain. I had to ask another member to relay an important message to me, and I am not sure if the originator will receive my direct reply he needs this week.

So… Does anyone know please, how to find and edit your Safe / Blocked Senders and Domains lists?

There are NO toolbar tabs beyond adding or blocking the immediate sender, and NO “Help” instructions for editing them.

Does this help. How to white list in BT Email – Whitelist Guide

the section “Removing an email address from your blocked senders list” seems to be what you need.

Testing it on my account, to get to settings I needed to click the tiny down arrow alongside my mail address – top right corner – which got me to Profile, then click the Mail entry in the left hand column.

        Hope this works for you.

          Thankyou Peter.

Not yet done so but I will have a look…..

I think the problem is not an accidentally blocked name, but accidentally blocked domain! So that could stop many legitimate messages arriving

Thankyou – found it eventually, via the tiny, almost invisible arrow, not via “White List”. That didn’t work!

BT does not make anything simple !
