      @colinjacobs1

      I am thinking of buying a 2nd Hand Myford super seven can I plug it into the mains at home or do I need special electrics to run it?

          Colin,

          It depends on whether it is fitted with a single phase or 3-phase motor, and it could be either. Private owners tend to use single phase, and trade owners 3-phase, but some of us private users prefer 3-phase.

          Now that was really helpful wasn’t it!

          You will need to find out from the vendor details of the electrics fitted to the particular machine, such as above, also whether it has a reversing capability.
