Ray I think most builders would make their own

          Roy ( Not a loco builder )

            Thank you Roy,

just to clarify i know there is a company that makes them, I'm talking about the frames used to construct the loco on, not the actual loco frames, its just that i can't find the name of this company and was hoping that someone might know it.

As there are firms which make Locos, there are going to be firms that make jigs with which to assemble or machine them. But the firms are not likely to let on where they farm out such work. For one thing, they don't want a queue developing which would delay their work. So I suspect that you might find the search a slow one.

              Cheers, Tim

Have you looked at Model Engineers Laser?

Ray Thats what I meant. The frames to construct on are probably made by the builder
