Anyone know about the Perform brand of pedestal drills etc. ?

Were they part of Axminster ?

The 'Perform' range was certainly sold by Axminster I don't know if that was exclusively. I have a Perform woodworking lathe. As far as I can tell these machines were at the 'value' end of the market. My lathe was certainly a bit rough round the edges. I have no knowledge of the drill though.

The table flexes a bit if you put a load on it, but a screw jack in the right place under the table would prevent that occuring.
