The fact that the listings say they are super high capacity and they can't print the actual capacity because they would not be allowed on aircraft is a bit of a giveaway. Some sellers also list an actual capacity in the "small print". Fake battery and cell capacities are a well known problem on ebay, amazon bangood and similar market places.
Deliberately under-representing lithium ion battery capacities causes a serious risk to air transport. The rules on sending batteries by air are there for good reason and there have been a number of incidents with fires caused by them. Even sending a package within the UK can result it being loaded on an aircraft.

I've had some ER collets from Ebay recently, £4 for a set of 13 ER11 and a collet chuck, run out claimed to be 0.08mm. The worst was 3mm!

Have I complained? No, what did I expect? Just took a punt, 4 were "ok", if their use mattered, I would have got quality ones.

I just fail to see why people seem bothered when something very, very cheap is crap, what did they think it would be?

            New day, new hypothesis …

            • Rechargeable batteries have a finite life
            • Their capacity diminishes with time; with number of charge/discharge cycles, etc.
            • Although not conventional … it is quite logical to describe the total capacity of a rechargeable battery as the sum of all its useable charges.

I have no idea about its real output but I bought three of these about six months ago, 3d printed a charging station and between my phone, wifes phone and several tablets they are in constant use. So far they have proven invaluable. Never needed the torch until last weekend when we went in the loft, had all three on for over an hour with no sign of any dimming. Great product for the money.
