          In the past I am sure both RDG and Chronos had them, as well as M12 x 1 chucks, but I cannot see any now. There is one on eBay though **LINK**

              Have you tried RC Machines they're in Luxembourg but they deliver quickly.

                    The one shown doesn't have a tang so may not eject from your spindle/holder. Not stated or shown if the plain end is tapped for draw bar or extension to assist ejecting.

                      Arc Euro sell blank MT2 arbors (such as their part number 120-030-00100) that you could turn down and screwcut to M12. You would also need to buy a screw in tang which they also sell.

                        Lee Jones 1 beat me to it. MT arbors for taper mount chucks, screw mount chucks, and for boring heads are very inexpensive. I would start with one of those. Making the arbor from scratch is a possibility but considering how cheap MT arbors are I would not consider it.
