Hi – I have a Super 7 with a quick change gearbox. After cutting several BA and metric threads with the metric conversion kit I now need to go back to cutting an imperial thread. Problem is that I've forgotten which gear was originally on the reverse tumbler stud, and the charts don't seem to have that detail.

        Can anyone help?!

          Hi Barney,

I believe the gear you want is a 24T on the tumbler stud. HTH

            Barney,

It's not that simple. It's 24T if your gearbox is after serial number QC2501. Before that it was 12T consisting of a 30T/12T combination which is now sold as being for the ML7 only!

Gearboxes prior to QC2501 had different external gearing and an aluminium cover on the right hand end of the gearbox.
