      You are most probably right Neil. I think it would be helpful if there was some idea of the time interval before full access to a subscription's features becomes available. These days of almost instant happenings thanks to the digital age leads one to expect things to happen quickly.

      I am really pleased to be able to see the very early issues of MEW as I missed a few when taking out my subscription.

        Agreed, a simple note somewhere in the subscription process to say allow 24, 48hrs or whatever would save a lot of hassle.

        Neil can correct me but I think the subs are carried out by someone on a parttime basis so bepending on when you actually subscribe you may just have misse dwhen they were working and can have to almost a day before they are back on the job.

          As far as I know online subs are handled by a company called DBS who also handle print subs and many other magazines, but that does mean anything needing human interventions is only dealt with in office hours and will be dealt with in turn with other issues.
