That’s what I do, only way really unless you don’t want any sleep, it will be fine.

Seems entirely reasonable, until you factor-in two things:
1. the time taken to actually feed
2. the likelihood that Mr Boole’s ‘INCLUSIVE OR’ is intended
… then it gets a little trickier

This means at a time (at least) an hour before food AND (at least) 2 hours after food?

Just been there, done that, got the loo roll to prove it!!

Two at 7:00am when you get up. Go for a walk, then have breakfast at 8:00. Another two at 12:00 then lunch about 13:00. Two more at 17:00 before dinner at 18:00 and the last two when going to bed. No snacks of course – and the side effects on your digestive system are likely.

Can I point out that people have been successfully taking these antibiotics for years with no notion of Boolean algebra whatsoever. It would suggest that your logic approach is somewhat unhelpful.
