          Hello Howard,

To my embarrassment, I'm not entirely sure myself… I won't look it up just yet in case anyone has the numbers to hand

One addendum to the series – it's been pointed out to me that the bush behind the small bevel gear is shown reversed in the drawings. Not critical if it is held in place with retainer, but I actually fitted it the other way around and this means the flange takes the pressure from the bevel gear directly to the stretcher.

              Corrected drawing:

A few more photos in my album on this site.

Thanks very much for all your help Neil , I've ordered the frames , stretchers and beams from Malcolm at model engineers laser, so all I'm left with is to source a motor etc and some back issues of Model engineer !! a good winters project

I wish I'd had laser cut frames. Good luck!
