Does anyone have a Meddings MB10 High Speed Drill, complete with the two high speed pulley sets for 8 & 10k rpm please?

I've just picked one up from John Moore's workshop clearance (John-Bogstandard on several forums), which only has the normal 3 step pulley.

I'm sure I can work it out myself, knowing the speeds, but was wondering if anyone could measure their pulley sets 2 & 3 .

Also anyone know why the 2 higher speed ranges have dedicated pulleys, rather than a single two step one? There's obviously a good reason.
