      Hi

The control knob/cylinder has teeth about the circumference as does the two larger disks.

Haven't a clue what it is or if its all there?

      Cheers

      AL

All those pieces are part of a close up lens mount, what is missing is the slide bars and the rack and the bellows between the lens and the camera. Hard to say what camera or what camera it is for but most camera makers have a bellows rack for their system. It will utilise the standard 50mm lens and allow in most cases 1/1 enlargement of the close up item/specimen.

Allan – Don't know but I'll take a guess. Bits from a photographic enlarger?

                Allan,

I think they're part of the Fotga 'follow focus' system [or similar]:

All the bits are off a bellows type close up lens system. The rails are missing and the rack plus bellows. The slot in the ring is for a ruler as it is extended or closed back. Normally used with the standard 50mm lens off the camera, also has a system that will operate the iris to close down after focussing the lens.

Many thanks for all your posts.

Sorry to put it on here but I didn't know what is was and guessed part of a jig or something as it was in a box full of machine tools.

That will teach me not to assume

                    Cheers

                      No problem at all, Al

At least it has an engineered look about it … You should see some of the ridiculous discussions we have on this forum !!

                      .

Put it up for sale for a few coppers and I might be tempted
