Rubber motor mounting feet for Colchester Chipmaster

I need to replace the 3 rubber motor/variator mounting feet for the later type Chipmaster 5×20 where the cast iron cradle (variator on top, motor slung beneath) sits on 3 rubber feet. The mounting bolts broke free of the rubber feet during transport. The rubber is a total mess. Before disassembling and tackling the weight of the motor and variator, I wondered if anyone had done this job and had some practical tips for the easiest approach in a one man job. On a separate issue, I see the Yahoo colchester owners group forum chat effectively died in early 2014 and wondered if people migrated en masse to another forum I am not aware of? Prior to 2014 it was a very active forum. Any help much appreciated. Adam
