Responding to “For sale” ads

Recently I responded to a forum side advert. I cannot find copy of the email I sent. How do I find it, please?

The e-mail was not sent from your computer so will not show up as a normal one does. It will appear on the recipients computer as having come from MTM. Hopefully you did not delete the text it automatically places into the message otherwise they will not have got your e-mail address and won't be able to reply.

On-topic -ish, a member's want ad has been posted with the reply function disabled due to lack of "public profile". I can't see any work-around for that.
