OMRON 3G3MV Inverter – simple setup question

I have been given 3 of these inverters. On coupling them up they all produce the same fault code, which is "bb" (Base Block). The diagrams and other information I have don't help, so I'm wondering if anyone can provide me with assistance, so that I can get these inverters employed as simple 3-phase motor controllers. Thanks inadvance for any assistance.

Check your control wiring

handbook suggests a digital input has been set to 12 or 13
