        Evening All,

I was recently given a small lever scroll chuck, made by Burnerd. Unfortunately it is still firmly attached to the the spindle of the lathe to which it was previously fitted. Were these chucks fitted on a taper or a thread, and if by a thread, left or right handed? Thank you, Si.

          Simon,

I think there are several variants, but at least some are "recess mount"

Likely to be a standard right-hand thread.

              This style?

If so mine was just a right hand thread.
