Hi everyone, I have a recently purchased a EW lathe. Built a bespoke bench and changed the motor to a treadmill DC version. The EW lathe seems rarer than I initially thought, are there any other owners out there?

Hi Jarev welcome. I have never seen one before but just looked on     lathes.co.uk     and they look small sturdy lathes and should be able to make parts fairly easily on one.

Welcome ! Any lathe is a good start and you will be able to develop many skills in making things. Good luck and remember there are many here who will be able to offer advice. Noel.

            Welcome Jarev,

If you need help, just ask. many on here willing to help.

You will not be the only EW owner on here, so some first hand experience should be available, should you need it.

Once you start using the lathe, you will find that there are all sorts ,of things that you can do, that either seemed impossible, or not even thought of, until then!

            Enjoy!

            Howard
