Oops managed to miss this bit before posting a question!

Hi, had a Hobbymat lathe for a year now and have been learning how to get the best of it.

Enjoying the freedom to make parts for my bikes..how did I live without one before!!

Hi Ross, and welcome. Can't help with your 'How do I get a Hobbymat Motor apart?' question I'm afraid. I'm sure someone knows, fingers crossed they spot the question!

Hi Ross welcome to the forum. What bikes do you have, just ask for any info but pictures help and hope you get the motor apart.
