The 1/8th scale castings of the 80hp were done by Pacific Model Design (PMD), same company that did teh castings for teh Monitor that I made a couple of years ago. Unfortunately they went out of business and the patterns went somewhere but at the moment no new castings have appeared.

You may get lucky asking in teh Scale model section on Smokstak forum and find someone willing to share some plans. I have a feeling I have seen one done without casting, will have a look later.

Chuck Fellows was doing a barstock one, not sure how far he has got as he had some health issues though it is designed to run on air not a real IC.

Edit, Its finished but a bit more basic than the PMD oen

If you could go for a two cylinder slightly open crank engine then the Frisco Standard is quite nice.

Four Cylinder Bruce-macbeth was featured in HSM mag with drawings though not seen them but it looks a nice engine along teh same lines as the FM

Hi Kevin, Some years ago I made one in scale 1:10. See my album. http://www.model-engineer.co.uk/albums/member_album.asp?a=6778 Regards, Johan.
