Or like when I put a hot air engine in a boat, radio control and all, it was months before I could try it out in the lake at the recreation ground, what with wind and snow. It's predecessor was a steamer with a wobbler with a 3 mm bore, and 6 mm stroke, built it, and sailed it straight off.
