To be honest, I don't even know what a double sided louvre would look like.

… I thought louvres were [almost by definition] single sided things.

Have you got an explanatory picture ?

They are like single sided louvres but they look like normal lovures but when you look at the panel both sides look the same.

              Thanks for that

              … Food for thought

Edit: … any hints here ?

I thought your link was correct Michael, the results are what I thought the OP wanted – louvers both sides but that actually look like a single row when viewed.

The same profile could be made on a longer press tool and die if the OP wanted a set louver length or as the link to make infinite lengths

                      Hi all,

are u sure there's nobody (firm ) with a set…….I seem to remember a specialist (Aston Martin) body fabrictor around the Mill Hill area of North London……also, somebody make replica bodies for S/charged 31/2lL Bentley's around Bristol…

other than that, loads'a fun and many hours to make ur own………

hope this helps, of course u could have a holiday in Bombay……it'll be done for when u fly home……

                      good luck Clogs

When you've pressed all the louvres on one side, turn panel over and repress on other side. Panel is already pierced so you're only depressing the hump into the second side.

                        Regards Ian.

Thank you for the link that is exactly what I needed. Principle is the same, just got to make tool to fit the louvre drawing!
