Contacting RDG tools?

Morning, I've been trying to contact RDG tools about various products for a week or so. They used to reply very quick, but nothing now!

I could phone of course but I really really don't like phoning people I don't know.

I have just this minute gone straight to their website by googling RDG Tools; I was able to enter it and navigate just as I have in the past.

Try again I suggest. They are friendly and helpful by phone as well if it goes wrong again for you.

How have you ben trying to contact them Chris? They always answer the phone very promptly, and have always responded to my emails very quickly as well. I suggest a phone call, as suggested by Roger. You will find them very pleasant and very helpful.

Sorry, I've been emailing them. The website works fine, and I've received something I bought from them just a few days ago.

I have a phobia of using phones to talk to people I don't know, so really try and avoid phoning any company!

I seem to buy things from them every week and have visited them a number of times, no problems with them and I'm happy to still buy from them regularly, it's just no reply to emails! Usually they reply very quickly.
