Toolstation website , powertool accessories, wire abrasives … bottom of that page ..I bought the big aggressive looking one (its not !) and was disappointed ,but the others like yours were ok

 

I have seen them made in pink rubbery stuff  , rather than nylon ..even quieter , and angle grinder bristle discs from 3m are good too .

Just know them as "Nylon Filament" brushes. They have abrasive grit embedded in the nylon filaments.

They are non-sparking, unlike wire wheels.

Google 'nylon filament brush' will get you a lot of hits.
