Cheap Lathes in Hertfordshire

I am a member of the Vintage Motorcycle club forum.

There is a post on there for a Muir and Co lathe at £150 and a Smart and Brown Sable at £450.

The seller is selling for a Widow and they are buyer collect.

Any interest and I will give the link. I am in the Midlands so to far away for me to offer assistance. Chris.

Unless the Muir is the actual one on the Lathes site then photos would be of interest to Tony as this is a relatively rare one. Hope it doesn't go for scrap.

Bazyle , thanks for the reply. I will have to try and get the pictures from the other forum but being a computer dummy do not know how. I will look on Tony's site to compare the two.
