arc c6 qctp on myford super 7?

will tha qctp arc sell for the c6 lathe fit ok on myford super 7?

the club i belong to have only got 2 holders for their qctp and as i aren't using my c6 one as no workshop at min was going to take it over to use for some bits i have to make.

I don't think the 10mm bore of the toolpost will fit the 7/16" stud on the myford. Hopefully Ketan will be along to confirm

To the best of my knowledge, the C6 QCTP does not fit the Myford. Even if the stud is modified to accommodate, I have been advised by some Myford users that the holders/tool height is still an issue. So taking over your out of action C6 QCTP to the club will fail to solve your problem. Sorry.

There is a toolpost sold by Ketan at ArcEuro, designed for the ML7 and Super7: Model 000 (wedge type) – the standard kit plus a special toolpost item 090-070-00360. It fits, and it works for me. Catalogue p52.
