angle gauge blocks

Hello folks, here is a poser for you, I have a Coventry angle gauge block set, all straight forward except I cannot remember for the life of me how to use the CG662 block which is the one with a knife edge at 45 degrees. I seem to remember it was used with an accessory set? Any experienced hands out there who can enlighten me I would be grateful. Thanks, Phil.
