Some websites can be a real chore. My internet service provider keeps increasing their prices and so that I’m able to switch easily in the future I’ve been slowly changing my email address for many of the sites I visit. Most of them have been simple enough. One forum has suspended my account until a “human” can reinstate it. It says to contact the administrator if I have any issues. The only problem is you need to be logged in to contact the administrator and I can’t log in to contact the administrator. They didn’t think that out too well did they! thinking

On another site I can log in but can’t make any posts until confirmation. I need to respond to an email that they haven’t sent. I’ve hit the “resend” link about six times so far.

On one site I registered a new account so I could ask them to reinstate my old account and delete the new one. That was several days ago …

Have you checked your span folder and if you have it set up look in thr social and promotions groups too as the e-mails may be going there

Why don't you get a non-isp specific email address i.e. gmail, hotmail etc and use that for the forums etc, then you can change your isp as many times as you like without having to register a new address everytime.

                That’s exactly what I’m doing.

I’ve had a Gmail address for ages and I got a Hotmail one some years ago but due to some reported security issues I’ve not used them much.

Jason. Yes I’ve checked my junk and all the other folders, nothing there.

Luckily it’s only been a couple of sites so far and I’ve changed most of them.
