Hi all

I want to replace the wheel on one side of my bench grinder (6" x 12.5mm bore)

with a diamond disc which will need an adapter.

Which are the best, please as I have not done very well on the net.

Then I shall be able to use my drill grinding jig )(now about 60 yrs old but has been looked after and modified with a fine feed.

Instead of buying an expensive diamond wheel I bought a diamond coated lap intended for lapidary work. I haven't put it to use yet as I need to make a metal back up plate for the grinder. The laps are available from China for under $20.
