Youve spent all week on a customers boiler, your at the end of the final silver solder heat up and you knock it off the bench onto the concrete floor. Spoilt my night that has!

You fall seven feet off a ladder and then 3 hours twiddling your thumbs in A&E only to be told you're okay.

Friday afternoon, only one doctor on duty in our local A&E, at least we still have one.

If I am able to go to A&E I never go.
