Warco power feed fitting

Has anyone fitted a power feed to a WM18 or similar. His is where the power feed is mounted on its side and not like the Bridgeport or VMC

There is a 3×1.25" plate to that has 4 holes, 2 of which match the slots in the switch nbut the other two don't match the holes on the saddle, where the centre pointer sits.

Can,t be live Warco have produced this kit with no fitting instructions!

Warco don't produce it – they buy it in & it is probably generic.

I don't think you will find that many people who have fitted one as its a relatively new item, looks like you could be the guinnie pig

When I first saw it I was not keen that it sticks up above the table as that could get in the way when working lareg items

No, however they do spec the extra bits which allow the power feed to be fitted to the WM18.

I decided that the plate was for the power feed safety swich and just modded it to fit mine
