Toolco machines

Does anyone have any experience of Toolco machines?  They look similar to the likes of Chester and Warco, but seem to be cheaper – what is the tradeoff?

I am looking at getting the VM20 mill as a replacement for my clarke CMD10.

I have a Toolco BG 12-24 Lathe, purchased June 2010. You are correct in thinklng they look the same as Chester and Warco they only differ  in colour and badges apart from minor cosmetic details. mine has done every thing I have needed to do the only problems are operator generated.

I came across the BG1224 two nights ago whilst looking at upgrading my workshop, can you give any more details?
