Always had excellent service from them, i remember buying a couple of taperlock  cast iron pulleys from them, one was wrong size ,i called them and they sent correct one the next day and told me to keep the wrong sized one, which came in handy for something else. Always very fast delivery and reasonable prices.

I have used them. Yes they give good service.

But they have to.! They obviously supply industry as their main client base who will often need bearings uber pronto. If they did not give good service they would not be in business for very long in such an industry.

I did need some Timkin headstock bearings a while ago. They had them in stock for delivery the next day but were nearly twice the price of 123 bearings that had them in stock in a branch in France. Delivery as such was about a week from them. As these were not cheap items I waited a week. – Others may not have been able to afford that weeks delay if it was for a vital and needed machine.

They are my go to supplier, I buy a lot of oilite bushes for motorcycle girder fork repairs as well as normal bearings.

The prices are good when you increase the quantity, if just buying one or two the post/packing can outweigh the cost from other suppliers.

I'll endorse their service, and range. I refurbish and restore Classic and vintage machines etc (as a hobby) and often require imperial specs. Their range is pretty comprehensive. I also use a few others, also quick and efficient.
