Oxy Acetylene help

Can anyone give me some guidance with some Oxy Acetylene equipment I have been given. It is a Rothenberger ROXY KIT-140 . I have used sets in the past but with full sized bottles and wandered how good the kit is and practical. It works as it has gas in its bottles but there are some micro nozzles in the box which look like hollow hypodermic needles what are they for.

Ok for small work such as HVAC work and lead burning.
