What's that saying about if it looks too good to be true?
Anyone thinking of ever going for something that seems too good to be true, never pay up front and even if your not really going to go around, say that you will pay cash on collection, most scammers lose interest instantly at that point.
That one on ebay looks like the "standard" round column mill/drill, where the column winds down through the stand/bench.
Feedback not good, especially from the Frenchman who said things were fixed "upside down" and more importantly that the guarantee doesn't apply in France. Isn't Poland in the EU?
There's a pic of the power train with the hood off there. Looks like a standard 3-pulley drill press train. I can't see how you would fit a drawbar? The head looks like a generic Chinese drill press job too.
Even if I happened to have a 10 foot bargepole I wouldn't be touching that with it.
