Looking for plans

I managed to locate a reference to his 0-4-0 model engine (ME Dec 1977 thru Mar 1978). Hoping someone could point me to plans and construction notes for the Sweet 16 traction engine or steamroller.

 

Are these models built completely from bar/plate or are castings involved?

Its all built from bar/plate and was described in Model Mechanics Mag complete with all drawings.

 

If you look at the botton right of the home page you can get these mags in pdf format, the build starts in Vol 1 No 6.
