Heat resistant gloves for a little person

Hi I have just bought my first engine – a Polly 2 and will be going to the local club track with my grandson. Could anyone advise me please of good quality gloves for eight year old hands please? Thanks very much Keith

Gosh that's a hard question! If not too girly for the young man, how about a pair of childs oven gloves or mitts? Or perhaps junior bike or climbing gear.

These are adult size but at this price it might be worth getting you friendly sewing machinist to cut them down to size???

You could try kids motorbike or motorcross gloves or junior dragster / go kart gloves .

Bike gloves by themselves may not have the heat resistant liner but you can get flame proof inner gloves seprately

Have you ever come across hot stones you cook steak on, they also sell small heat resistant gloves to handle them for women
