A few years back my Dad purchased a small box full of about 150 carbide tips for the princely sum of £5 they've been sitting in my draw ever since, I really should look for some holders. Or make some. Just wondering if anyone can read the alien language (codes) on the boxes and enlighten me as to its meaning.

Go to a tool manufacturers sight such as Sandvik, all code breakdowns are there.

Google "Carbide Depot". They have the code explained and a lot of explanatory information.
