        Hello all,

Whilst researching the Colchester-Hepworth copy attachment that came with my lathe I noticed that several members are familiar with this lathe and profiler. Although the lathe and profiler came together there is no sign of a mounting plate to clamp the attachment to the cross slide, although the underside of the profiler does have some witness marks from the plate that used to be attached to it.

It is a long shot, but does anyone know where I may be able to buy the factory mount?

Maybe someone on the forum would accept the commission to make one? I have no access to a milling machine at the moment, unfortunately. The plate has a simple rectangular hole pattern of four holes and a pair of male V blocks which clamp into the V slots on the sides of the cross slide.

Very much hoping that somebody can help me out with this.

        Best regards,

        OJ
