Thanks, well worth the time as a (advanced) refresher on freecad. Must try to go through the exercise  er the exam is days long?

As this software is free and with no internet requirement or even registration details required, I’m giving it a go. It’s quite a leap in complexity of use compared to MoI, but I’m going to persevere and see what I can get out of it.

The videos I’ve watched about FreeCAD seem to compare quite favourably with programs such as Onshape and Fusion 360 so this is going to be interesting for me.
