Well finally got round to welding the Boiler pipes into throat plate so difficult doing the pipes i found.

Welding the Throat plate was easy no where near as much skill needed.

The one problem i found 10 to 15 mins max i could weld at a time as torch got to Hot.

I may Braze them the other side just because i am not so sure better safe than sorry i think.

I defiantly need more practice on welding the pipes in but they have good penetrations

Yes i sent my Bottles back now thinking of getting more.

Found Tig playing up now lost power just makes blobs.

They said it should be good at 200 amps thank goodness its under warranty.

Thought it was me at first till my son tried it he is a Tig welder for years.

Back to drawing board me thinks.

If i get the option will change for a 250 amp.

The worst problem is the Argon it uses a day and bottle empty

On second bottle nearly empty.

I only wanted to weld crowns on to of Fire box wasted all the Gas already.

Passably silver solder now
