Yes definitely interesting.
It kinda reminds me of sugru or heat shrink but in a more squishy way. I'm not sure i'd want to use it as a replacement for proper fixings like an iffy looking wall socket or a g clamp tommy bar, not sure it would stand up to that.
Maybe he could demonstrate how to form nice clean looking joints rather than looking like a piece of chewing gum every time it's used, doesnt look good as a permanent fixture and sure as hell wouldn't go down well with the missus using to repair kitchenware. It just looks awful!
maybe some more neutral or staid looking colours to blend in rather than sticking out like a sore thumb? Any kind of sealant, epoxy or filler goes down this route because thats deliberate. Its not bright pink because people want it to blend in with their wood, or metal or white pvc.
