A lot of people are having problems with the online subscription service.

Almost every time this is because they are trying to log in using their forum email and password.

      THIS WILL NOT WORK!

The forum is not set up to be secure for financial transactions, so the subscription website is a separate secure site (HTTPS).

      Go to:

      https://me.secureorder.co.uk/index.php

      **LINK**

and click 'your account' at the top of the page if you are an existing subscriber.

You need to tick the 'I have not got a password' box the first time you use it, and set up a new online account.

I recommend that you use a different password for the two sites.

This is for to protect your payment details, so please do not ask for us to combine the two sites/log ons.

Having read of all the problems with renewing a subscription on line I also went the telephone route and credit card for payment and all went very well, with one exception.

Even though the renewal notice gave a deadline for renewing with no loss of delivery of magazine, and I still had two days left before the close date, I have been informed that issue 240 was the last one on the old subscription and issue 243 will be the first one on my renewal.

Is there a fix to this or do I have to haunt W.H.Smith for two issues to maintain the chronology.

            Mike

              Yes!

Email me with full details and stressing that you renewed before the deadline.

I'm bumping this as I am had another user of the site get in touch with me having a password problem.

The new website was set up in October 2015 so a fifteen-year old password from any old system will not work.

You can still renew by 'phone if you don't want to set up a new online account.
