Any idea what this could be for?

The picture does not show it, but the crescent end, has been sharpened in the curve.

Might be a removal tool for type U drive screws or small soft rivets. The conical end could push thru-rivets out after cutting off the heads with the crescent end. Just a guess. Wish I had one. Might make one, now.

Thanks Tim, I have another one of those that is twice as big but is not identical, the numbers go up twice as high.

I have one that is different again – holding it up to the computer screen the numbers are closer together.
