I am writing to comment on the quality of service from a particular supplier, Zoro who are part of Cromwell Tools. Yesterday afternoon at 16.20 I placed an order on their website for qty 5 of 180 mm cut off discs for use on my recently acquired cut off saw, only purchased yesterday afternoon at a local Lidl. This morning at 10.20 the discs arrived courtesy of Parcelforce, I call that superb service from Zoro. In the space of 18 hours they processed the order and the items were transported from Leicester to East Sussex and delivered, that is really great service, I have no connection with Zoro or Cromwell Tools other than being a very satisfied customer.

Zoro was a new name to me but was looking for some Telemecanique /group Schneider push button operators and they came up at a reasonable price. It seems they do not stock them but use another supplier to fulfill the order, they seem to have some keener prices than Cromwell a bit like CPC and Farnell. Would use again for control gear as it’s not stuff that is too easy to find at a reasonable price.

I've used them a couple of days ago to order some sheet metal hole punches. They came very quickly, were good quality and a good price.

I was a bit dubious when I first saw the name but then when I clocked in that they were a Cromwell company, I put my order in.
