        Hi All,

Rummaging in the crates of stuff from the auction I found this lovely thing like brand new but it does not show on the MItutoyo site.

        114 mit 1.jpg

Can anyone please tell me its use, must be for something special?

Number is 114-202 reads 0.093" to 1" by tenths

Only another 6 crates to go through…laugh

        Cheers,

        Martin

Mitutoyu do/did 114 series 3 and 5 flute micrometers in a range of sizes eg 114-102 for 3 flute up to 10mm.

Do you mean for checking them when making them?

Mity catalogue more likely to be used when they have been sharpened on the flutes.

                Should fetch a good price

Also very handy for detecting tri-lobal out of round which can read OK with a conventional micrometer
