vertex va4 or k4

Hi All,
I'm thinking of replacing the cheapo vice on my x3 mill. I've narrowed it down to a Vertex VA4 or Vertex K4. My question is; Is the VA4 worth the extra money? (approx £60). Apologies if some of you have read this post before, I'd previously added it to an old thread.
