Tonight’s Swarf made such a good sound:
Dave
I particularly like the sound of large amounts of swarf mixed with coolent being made by a large drill opening up a small pilot hole in mild steel….
I need to get out more !
This was made with a face mill:
making an approx 1.5 degree plate to fit under my CNC build so the coolant drains in a predictable way.
Very hard to beat the sound of the carrage running into the headstock !
Just saying. !
