Hi folks, i has bought milling arbor with 3/8 treads for drawbar. I has tried with 3/8 tap, do not fit in the 3/8 treads. Which size is treads on 3/8 drawbar? I must create a new drawbar for milling arbor with 3/8 size.

                    m10 x 1.5 is very close to3/8" x 16tpi. I would check if it is M10 as well as 3/8" x 16.

                      +1 for that possibility.

They're so close you can convert one into the other by gently running a tap into the female thread. I wouldn't recommend it for everything, but it's an OK bodge on a drawbar.

I has tried with M10, will not distort the treads.. best to use correct size.
