Hi Ethan, that looks everything like a RandA model A, except for the bed casting itself, unless it is one from the last years of production. The head is different between the two bearing pillars and the saddle shears are not closed between them. Below is a photo of a RandA A in the style that I've only ever seen in adverts.

The handle on the cross-slide is not the original though, it would have been the same style as the one on yours, but your lathe is missing the lever for engaging the half-nut.
The face plate is the same pattern as the one as my late fathers RandA model B as in the photo below, also the change gears and their carriers are the same.
