Has anyone else made the optical centre finder described by 'Bluey' in the very first issue?

If so, where did you obtain your plastic and what was it?

I think this is a brilliant design and have made the body from ali and am looking forward to finishing it, especially as I have just b******* my laser finder!

Bluey was/is Stan Bray.

The plastic was perspex.
